DigiPromise (“we,” “us,” “our”) allows users to request the deletion of their personal data collected through our website, WhatsApp Business messaging, and connected AI agents (including IRIS, Aura, Nova, and Stella).
What Data We Collect
When you interact with our AI agents on our website or via WhatsApp, we may collect and store:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and service interest
- Messages you send to our AI agent, including text, voice notes, images, or documents
- Meeting/booking details, where applicable
This data is stored in our internal systems (including Google Sheets and/or CRM) for the purpose of following up on your enquiry and providing our services.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You can request that we delete your personal data at any time, using any of the following methods:
- WhatsApp: Send the message “DELETE MY DATA” to our WhatsApp Business number. Our team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once completed.
- Email: Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including the name, email, or phone number associated with your enquiry.
- Website: Contact us via our Contact page and specify that you are requesting data deletion.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we verify your request, we will:
- Permanently remove your personal data (name, contact details, message history, and any associated records) from our active systems and connected storage (including Google Sheets and CRM records).
- Confirm completion of the deletion via the same channel you used to make the request, within 7 business days.
Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records tied to a completed purchase), but this will no longer be linked to your AI agent conversation history.
Meta / WhatsApp Platform Data
If you interacted with our AI agent through WhatsApp (Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform), you may also manage or request deletion of data Meta itself holds about your account directly through Meta’s own tools, separate from the request you make to us. Deleting your data with DigiPromise does not delete your WhatsApp account data held by Meta, and vice versa.
