Which plans include the dashboard?
Growth includes the full dashboard, Scale adds downloadable reports and Enterprise gets a custom dashboard with tailored reports. Starter does not include the dashboard.
Can I change what my agent says?
Yes. You can review conversations and send us changes, and on higher plans update answers, prices and FAQs yourself.
Can my team have their own logins?
